Believe it or not Naturopathy can be dated all the way back to ancient Greece. The famed physician Hyppocrates, used natural remedies to treat his patients over two thousand years ago. The practice of Naturopathy continued over the years and in the early 1900’s Dr. Benedict Lust established The Naturopathic Society of America where students studied this type of medicine. Over the years other countries have also continued the practice of Naturopathy such as Canada and Great Britain, where more institutes to teach the practice were created.
