You have to put yourself in the habit to make healthier choices every day, and soon it will be second nature. Taking Care of Yourself

It may be obvious, but getting lots of sleep is key to health. 8-10 hours of sleep per day is what every person needs, in order to achieve optimal health. Drinking the right amount of water and eating a balanced diet is the next step to becoming healthy. Challenge yourself. Try to do better, in everything you do. Exercise, painting, cooking, or photography. Improving your abilities and accomplishing something will give you a sense of victory. Whatever you do, don’t take the negative things in life too seriously. Try to have fun and pursue your purpose in life.
